"... if the blind leads the blind, both will fall into a ditch.”
Matthew 15:14
Therefore, it is imperative that we turn from the relative, because TO VIEW LIMITATION IS TO IMPRESS IT UPON THE MIND, and accentuate the state of consciousness which produced it. It is not always easy to turn from fear, from poverty and pain, and from the hurt of human existence, to that which is perfect. But whoever can do this—and will train themselves to do it—will be like the person healed of blindness. They had little comprehension of how it had been done; they could only say: "Whereas I was blind, now I see."
Ernest S. Holmes - Science of Mind Textbook - P 319 - Para 2
So...LET'S TALK....!!
Treatment:
I relax. I let go of the tensions of the past week, I let go of the tensions of that which still needs to be done. I relax. In my relaxation, I realize that the Spirit of God is within me. This Spirit within me is kindly. It is warm. It is intelligent. It is loving. It is wise. It is harmonious. I let the inward order and the inward harmony now take over my mind. I let the inward intelligence and the inward peace take over my consciousness. I forget offices, apartments, houses, things to do, places to go, and people to meet. I forget all this. "The Spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given my life" (Job 33:4). Life is the understanding of myself as Spirit. In me now is the Spirit, the Wisdom of the Almighty. The Divine Breath, the activity of intelligence, makes me realize that I am not created to strain or struggle. I am created to be at peace with myself and with my fellow man. I am created to be alive, healthy, and vital. I am created to be spirit, to be life, to be love. This is my purpose. I now release the past that would claim my attention. I say praise God that Good is everywhere, praise God for love we all may share, for life that thrills in you and me, praise God for truth that sets us free.

"An entire sea of water can't sink a ship unless it gets inside the ship.
Similarly, the negativity of the world can't put you down
unless you allow it to get inside you."
Mountain[top]:
A mountain represents an exalted state of mind where the divine plan may be perceived and unfolded; a state of spiritual realization. The "high mountain" to which personality carries is in our spiritual uplift of consciousness of power over mortal thought in all its earthly avenues of expression. Going up the mountain to pray means elevating our thoughts and our aspirations to the spiritual viewpoint.
